Description of Services:  


  • Weekly Check-Ins Competition Prep Include: 
  • One custom fitness plan 
  • One Macro Calculation and macro food group recommendations and one detailed macro meal plan with all recommended foods listed in meals, snacks etc.  
  • Reevaluation of plan and adjustments needed per week 
  • Daily progress text and questions allowed and answered. Give up to 24 hours if not urgent.  Unlimited Communication. 
  • Check-ins weekly plus initial. Check in specifications described below in client’s obligation. 
  • Suit maker recommendation and assistance in ordering correct color, jewelry on suit, etc 
  • Posing Coach recommendation and reach out support 


“Peak Week Coaching” Plan Options & Client Obligations:  


 Client will do a full check in 9 days prior to stage date 

Client will receive a peak week diet and nutrition plan.  

Client will be given instructions on what to bring to show and have any peak week or show related questions answered.  

Client will check in when they wake up, mid-day, and evening every day till show date.  

Client will receive unlimited text and answered questions asap on peak week. I will respond at least once day. I will do my best to answer all questions and update plan as needed. Live communication on demand is not guaranteed.  


Remote show day coaching:  Client will receive everything from “peak week coaching” Plan. Additionally, clients will receive live guidance from video or phone call morning, mid-day and evening the day before the show, before and after prejudging and before the evening show. These 6 short phone calls (5 mins or less) or video chats will be scheduled as events play out and I will make myself available.  


Traveling Coach during peak week & show day: 

Client will receive all options from “peak week coaching” description as well as hands on coaching day by day.  

I will coach client to do daily pump ups-exercises, supplements, food prep and intake strategies, progress pictures evaluations etc.  

I will assist client at show from beginning to end of process. Check ins, tanning, meals, pump ups, supplements, photos, prejudging, after prejudging adjustments, evening show, etc.  

Client’s Obligations: 

  • Clients will do a full check in on specified time.  Clients will check in on time according to their plan. 
  • Check instruction will be detailed and sent your email and include the following. Send first thing when you wake up before you eat or drink progress pictures in posing heels and practice suit. Front pose, transition pose (glute salute), and Rear pose.   

Take measurements first thing when you wake up before you eat, or drink as specified in your check in instructions file.  

Submit first thing when you wake up scale weight.  

  • Submit weekly summaries of training compliance and how you are feeling on diet and fitness plan.  
  • Keep communication open
