Laura is amazing! I've been training with her for 10 weeks now and my transformation has been incredible. She's so supportive and really pours her all into everything she does! I've never stuck with a trainer for more than a couple of training's but with Laura I know I'll be with her for a very long time! If you're looking for a trainer who is knowledgeable, gives you one on one attention, listens, and cares about your goals then you most definitely should invest in her.

Well just when I thought I knew what I was doing with strength training, Laura showed me a whole new routine! She is great & has a lot of energy. Very in tune with your personal needs & issues. Laura is a very affordable, flexible and knowledgeable trainer. I learned so much I'm the 4 weeks together and am now able to go to the gym on my own without being nervous or risking hurting myself. She also helped with my meal plan and was able to adjust it for me quickly when I had some weight loss.. Highly recommend for anyone just starting a weight-loss journey or looking to build lean muscle!!

Laura is absolutely amazing! Since I've started training with her I have noticed a HUGE difference in my physique. Every week I notice a change. Laura has poured her heart and soul into me and my training program; she has gone above and beyond from completing meal plans for me to being one of the most understanding people I've worked with. Not only is Laura an amazing trainer, she's an inspiration! I have been working with Laura since October of 2017. She is by far the most knowledgeable and experienced trainer I have worked with. She will work with you to achieve your goals and push you in the gym to get there. I highly recommend Laura as a trainer.
She will set you up with a workout plan and a nutrition plan so you will achieve results!

Laura always made time for me when I had a question or concern. She always was my cheerleader and gave me the tools I needed to succeed on my own without having her by my side. I learned that it takes great dedication and focus to maintain a healthy lifestyle and to make conscious food choices and to stay active!! Laura gave me the "tools" I needed, and educated me on supplements and the differences on meal replacements, and so it's up to be to see it through!
I would recommend Laura to anyone looking for guidance coming into this as a newb! LOL
She is very affordable and as a single mother on a limited income, I would recommend Laura to anyone looking for a trainer with a heart of gold! I just wish I lived closer to her so I could work out in the gym with her.

Laura is amazing!! She customized a meal plan and workouts to my specific needs. You can tell she just cares so much about your personal goals and success! I have really enjoyed doing personal training with her and also her Revamp classes! She is top notch, knows her stuff and truly cares!
